For you who have never tried ashtanga yoga before, but who want to learn the basic principles from scratch. Over the course of 6 weeks, you will gradually build a solid yoga routine, and after the course you will be ready to participate in our other classes. At Søndergade 74, Aarhus C. Ashtanga Yoga

For those of you, who have been practicing Ashtanga for a few seasons and would like to learn how to practice the series properly with a focus on the transitions (how to get in and out of the positions) and breathing.You will be corrected so that you learn the alignment of the body in the yoga postures. At the same time you will work with steadiness and flow.You will work up a good sweat and experience what it is like to be present in a meditative flow. You will learn the traditional Indian teaching method where one counts the transitions and the breaths. It is not a requirement that you can make lotus position as we show you the best modifications to the positions. The level is moderate / hard.

Evening Yoga

The class offers a varied program, sometimes with flow, other times with calm yin elements and always with a focus on finding balance.

Find peace, balance and new energy after a long day
We work with gentle Hatha yoga exercises, combined with just the right amount of breathing exercises and attention to the present. All to release tension, let go of the stress of the day and fill you with new energy.

Requirements for participation
The class is for everyone, regardless of experience, and takes place without pressure to perform - just space for you, your body and to give your mind a breakThe course is taught in Danish, but English will be used if needed.
